These are the rules for using laurenroserealty.com. They are here mostly because the listing information on this site is licensed, and the license comes with conditions. Using the site means you accept them.

Effective August 26, 2026.

Who you are dealing with

This site belongs to Lauren Rose Realty. Lauren Rose is a principal broker licensed in Oregon (201242969) and Washington (23030658), brokered by Works Real Estate. In these terms, "the site" means this web site and everything on it, and "you" means whoever is using it.

The listing information

Where this site shows homes beyond Lauren's own listings, the content comes in part from the IDX program of the RMLS of Portland, Oregon. RMLS and the brokerages that filed the listings own that content, and it is displayed here under license. That license sets the terms below, and they are not negotiable by either of us.

• The information is for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You may use it only to identify homes you may be interested in buying.
• You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, or redistribute it, and you may not feed it into another database, another web site, or a machine learning system.
• It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed, and it should be independently verified. Homes shown here may already be sold or withdrawn.
• Where a seller has asked that an address not be shown online, it is not shown. Lauren can tell you where the home is.

If you spot something wrong in a listing, please tell Lauren. Corrections go back to the source.

Your account

If you create an account:

• Give real information, and keep your email address current, because that is how you get back in.
• One account per person. Do not share it, and do not sign in as someone else.
• Your password is yours to look after. If you think someone else has used your account, tell Lauren straight away.
• The short answer you give about what you are looking for is read by Lauren. It is there so she can actually help.
• You can close your account yourself, from the account page, at any time.
• An account that is used to scrape listings, to harass, or to break these terms will be closed.

What you may not do here

• No automated collection: no scrapers, crawlers, bots, or scripts gathering listings, photos, or contact details. Ordinary search engine indexing of the public pages is fine.
• No bulk copying of the site's content or its photographs.
• No getting around the bot check, the sign-in limits, or any other security measure, and no probing or attacking the site.
• No using the contact forms or the chat to send advertising, recruiting pitches, or anything unlawful.
• No misrepresenting who you are, and no impersonating Lauren, her brokerage, or another broker.

Rosie, and what she can and cannot do

Rosie is an automated assistant. She can search the homes and answer general questions about buying and selling. She does not describe individual homes: everything you read about a specific property is printed straight from the listing. She can be wrong, she is not a licensed broker, and nothing she says is advice, an offer, or a promise. Anything that matters goes to Lauren, who answers it herself. Please do not send account numbers or financial details through the chat.

This is information, not advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, lending, appraisal, or inspection advice, and nothing here is an offer or a contract. A home valuation on this site is an estimate produced from market data, not an appraisal, and it is not a promise of what a home will sell for. Market figures come from the sources named beside them.

Reading this site, filling in a form, or creating an account does not by itself make Lauren your broker. A brokerage relationship begins when you and Lauren sign an agreement that says so.

Copyright and takedown

The words, photographs, and design of this site belong to Lauren Rose Realty or are used with permission. Listing content and listing photographs belong to RMLS and to the brokerages that filed them, and are shown as supplied, without alteration.

If you own material that appears here and believe it is shown without authorization, write to [email protected] with the material identified, the page it appears on, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner. Material that is the subject of a valid notice comes down while the claim is examined, and accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.

Links to other sites

Where this site links somewhere else, that site is somebody else's, with its own terms and its own privacy practices. Linking to it is not an endorsement of it.

Availability

The site is offered as it is. Pages change, features come and go, and a site can be down for maintenance or for reasons outside anyone's control. No promise is made that it will always be available or always current.

If something goes wrong

In plain words: use your own judgment, and check anything that matters before you act on it. Lauren Rose Realty is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that follow from relying on listing information, from the site being unavailable, or from anything an automated assistant said. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is not excluded, and nothing in these terms limits the duties Lauren owes her clients as a licensed real estate broker or any right you have under Oregon or Washington consumer law.

Fair housing

Every home shown here is offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, source of income, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, Oregon, or Washington law. Descriptions of a property are the listing broker's own words, printed as filed. Neither Lauren nor the assistant on this site will steer anyone toward or away from an area.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change. When they do, the effective date at the top of the page changes with them, and continuing to use the site means the new version applies. If you hold an account, a change that materially affects you will be emailed to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Oregon. Any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Multnomah County, Oregon.
