About Lauren
Principal Broker · OR + WA · (410) 370-9487
Welcome, I'm Lauren.
I started Lauren Rose Realty because I wanted to build a real estate experience that feels a little more personal, a little more thoughtful, and a lot more human.
I'm a principal broker, licensed in both Oregon and Washington, and over the past five years I've had the privilege of helping more than 115 clients buy and sell homes, representing over $70 million in closed real estate volume. Along the way, I've become known for making the process feel clear, personal, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. My clients have even nicknamed me their "superstar," which is one of the greatest compliments I could receive.
My approach is rooted in both strategy and heart. I take the time to truly listen, understand what matters most to you, and help you move through buying or selling with confidence. Whether you're buying your first home, selling one you've loved for years, relocating, or navigating a major life transition, my goal is always the same: to protect your interests, communicate clearly, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
Portland is home.
I was born in Lake Oswego, spent my childhood in San Diego, and have called Portland and its surrounding cities home for nearly 15 years. Portland has never felt like just one city to me. It feels like dozens of little worlds, each with its own personality and rhythm.
I love Beaumont-Wilshire's tree-lined streets, Belmont's energy, the river-town charm of St. Johns, the creative pockets of Alberta and Mississippi, and all the neighborhoods that may not make the "best of" lists but quietly become people's favorite places to call home. I also love that just outside the city are communities that each have their own unique character while still being a quick drive to everything Portland has to offer.
Recently, my wife and I purchased our second home, this time in Southeast Portland. We originally thought we'd stay in Northeast, but an unexpected off-market opportunity changed our plans. I represented both the seller and us in a transaction where everyone walked away genuinely happy, and it reminded me why I love this work. Real estate is rarely just about the house. It's about timing, relationships, and finding the place that feels right.
If you're trying to decide between neighborhoods, I'd love to share what I've learned over the years. Every part of Portland has something special to offer, and helping people find the community that fits their lifestyle is one of my favorite parts of this job.
Before real estate, I earned my psychology degree from the University of Oregon, spent five years working in the nonprofit sector, and lived in Southeast Asia for a year and a half. Those experiences continue to shape the way I work today. I believe in listening first, offering thoughtful guidance, and advocating fiercely when it matters most. More than anything, I want my clients to feel cared for, understood, and confident throughout the entire process.

Out & about.
Common questions.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
All the time, it's one of my favorite parts of the job. We slow things down, translate the jargon, and never rush a decision. You'll always know what's happening and why. Let's build generational wealth y'all!
Which areas do you serve?
Greater Portland and Southwest Washington, I'm licensed in both Oregon and Washington, so Portland, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, Gresham, Troutdale, Hillsboro, Vancouver, and Camas are all home turf.
What makes you different from other agents?
A psychology degree, five years of nonprofit advocacy, 1.5 years abroad, and 4.5 years in Real Estate doing 115+ closings. I listen harder than I sell, and when it's time to negotiate, I work hard to get the most for my clients.
Are you taking new clients?
Yes, reach out through the contact page, or call or text directly. I'm always quick to reply!
What is your approach to Real Estate
This is often the biggest purchase of someones life. I honor my role in that dearly. It is my job to make sure your time and money is protected. I also am of the mind that everyone in the transaction wants the same thing, a positive buying or selling experience and to get to the closing table with good faith. My goal is to create that with a kind and team-oriented demeanor, when working with the agent on the other side of the transaction while always keeping my clients interests a priority.
Can we see any home on the market?
Yes! I am able to access any home on the market as well as work many off-market deals as I work with many people and widely connected to off market deals. Disclaimer; Washington no longer allows off-market deals.
How soon can we see a home?
Once you're pre-approved, I can get you in to see any home within 24-48 hours. On the off chance I am unable to take you, I will have a trusted colleague meet you at the home. No home will be missed under my watch!
Do you stay in contact with me after closing?
Yes! My goal is to be a resource all things Real Estate and homeownership for life! I send little gifts multiple times a year, whether its seeds in the spring or pumpkins in the fall. I do community events 3 times a year whether that be a fundraiser or soirée. I send plants yearly and I hope to be someone you reach out to for anything you need related to your home and beyond for years to come!
