Lauren Rose Realty is the boutique practice of me, Lauren Rose; I am a principal broker, licensed Realtor, strong negotiator, steady advocate, and the person my clients call their superstar!
I started my real estate career five years ago, and since then, I’ve helped more than 115 clients buy and sell homes, representing over $70 million in closed real estate volume. I feel incredibly grateful that this gets to be my work. I’m known for making the process feel clear, personal, and genuinely supportive from start to finish and beyond.
My approach is rooted in both strategy and heart. I take the time to really listen, understand what matters most to you, and help you move through buying or selling with confidence. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a seasoned seller, relocating, or navigating a major life transition, my goal is always the same: protect your interests, communicate clearly, and make sure you feel fully supported and cared for every step of the way.
Portland is home
I was born in Lake Oswego, raised in California, and have called Portland home for close to 15 years. I know the character that makes each neighborhood feel like its own little world: Beaumont-Wilshire’s tree-lined streets, Belmont’s energy, the river-town charm of St. Johns, the creative pockets of Southeast, and the little hidden corners that make people want to put down roots here.
Recently, my wife and I purchased our second home, this time in Southeast Portland. We had originally hoped to stay on the Northeast side, but as life often does, an unexpected opportunity changed our plans. I was able to secure the home off-market, represent both my wife and me as well as the seller, and create a transaction where everyone truly won. We adored our University Park neighborhood, but we are over the moon to be closer to the heart and happenings of Portland. Always happy to share more of my thoughts on the pros and cons of each neighborhood and everything else Portland real estate and beyond.
Before real estate, I earned a psychology degree from the University of Oregon and spent five years in the nonprofit sector outside of a year and half in Southeast Asia! That background still shapes the way I work today: careful listening first, thoughtful guidance throughout, and strong advocacy when it counts.
The numbers, plainly

- Licensed in Oregon and Washington - one agent for both sides of the river
Away from work you'll find me with my wife - we were married in Lucca, Italy last September - and our Frenchie, Huck, exploring the corners of this city that make people want to put down roots.
Out & about.
Common questions.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
All the time, it's one of my favorite parts of the job. We slow things down, translate the jargon, and never rush a decision. You'll always know what's happening and why. Let's build generational wealth y'all!
Which areas do you serve?
Greater Portland and Southwest Washington, I'm licensed in both Oregon and Washington, so Portland, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, Gresham, Troutdale, Hillsboro, Vancouver, and Camas are all home turf.
What makes you different from other agents?
A psychology degree, five years of nonprofit advocacy, 1.5 years abroad, and 4.5 years in Real Estate doing 115+ closings. I listen harder than I sell, and when it's time to negotiate, I work hard to get the most for my clients.
Are you taking new clients?
Yes, reach out through the contact page, or call or text directly. I'm always quick to reply!
What is your approach to Real Estate
This is often the biggest purchase of someones life. I honor my role in that dearly. It is my job to make sure your time and money is protected. I also am of the mind that everyone in the transaction wants the same thing, a positive buying or selling experience and to get to the closing table with good faith. My goal is to create that with a kind and team-oriented demeanor, when working with the agent on the other side of the transaction while always keeping my clients interests a priority.
Can we see any home on the market?
Yes! I am able to access any home on the market as well as work many off-market deals as I work with many people and widely connected to off market deals. Disclaimer; Washington no longer allows off-market deals.
How soon can we see a home?
Once you're pre-approved, I can get you in to see any home within 24-48 hours. On the off chance I am unable to take you, I will have a trusted colleague meet you at the home. No home will be missed under my watch!
Do you stay in contact with me after closing?
Yes! My goal is to be a resource all things Real Estate and homeownership for life! I send little gifts multiple times a year, whether its seeds in the spring or pumpkins in the fall. I do community events 3 times a year whether that be a fundraiser or soirée. I send plants yearly and I hope to be someone you reach out to for anything you need related to your home and beyond for years to come!
